A missing Scottish schoolboy could be in Edinburgh after vanishing from his home nearly a week ago.
Police across the country have shared an appeal to help trace missing teenager Nico Adams after the 15-year-old schoolboy disappeared from his home in Paisley last week.
According to an appeal, Nico was last seen at around 5.15pm on October 30 in the Paisley area of Renfrewshire, but has not been heard from since.

In an update on Friday, November 4, Edinburgh police confirmed that it is believed Nico may have travelled to the capital, Dundee or Inverness.

Assisting with the appeal, police have asked anyone who has information on Nico’s whereabouts to please contact 101 and quote incident number 1514 of 2 November.
Nico is described as 5ft 8inches tall, slim build with brown eyes and short brown hair.
Nico was known to be wearing black tracksuit trousers, a blue zipper, and blue Nike trainers.
