Authorities have found the "needle in a haystack" after recovering a pea-sized but potentially deadly radioactive capsule that fell off a truck.
The minuscule killer fell off a truck while being transported by the Rio Tinto mining giant along an 870-mile Outback highway last month in Western Australia.
Officials said the capsule the size of a pea was found south of the mining town of Newman on the Great Northern Highway.
