Missing Lanarkshire teen last seen five days ago sparking urgent police search

A teenager has been reported missing from North Lanarkshire after disappearing five days ago.

15-year-old Corey Weallans was last seen in Airdrie on Friday, May 19 at around 2.30pm.

The teen has sparked an urgent police search following his disappearance as they urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to come forward.

Corey is described as 5 feet 6 inches in height with fair/blonde short hair - he was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and black jogging bottoms.

A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "Anyone who may have seen Corey since this time or who has any information which may assist us with enquiries is urged to contact Police Scotland via 101 quoting incident 4711 of 19th May 2023."
