A CCTV image of Kofi has now been released by the force, in a bid to trace him.

Detectives have released a description of Kofi, and are asking the public to be vigilant and report any sightings of him.

He is described as black, around 6ft 2ins and of heavy build. When last seen he was wearing a blue jacket, blue trousers, white trainers, a red hat, a scarf and distinctive yellow framed sunglasses.

Inspector David Maclean said: “Concerns are growing for Kofi’s welfare and it is important we make sure he is safe and well.
