If you claim Universal Credit or other low-income benefits from the DWP then you should have had £324 sent into your account by now.
The second Cost of Living Payment for people claiming Universal Credit, Income-based JSA, Income-based ESA, Income Support and Pension Credit was due to be paid to claimants by Wednesday, November 23. The £324 sum forms half of the total £650 payment, with the previous £326 payment sent to most in July.
Those who qualify by Tax Credit only may be paid later, by November 30 2022.

To qualify for the second Cost of Living Payment, you must have been claiming the means-tested benefits between August 26 and September 25. The payment is made automatically and is separate from regular benefit payments.
If you think you should have had a £324 Cost of Living payment, but have not received it yet, you can report it to the DWP.
How to report a missing £324 or £326 Cost of Living Payment
The DWP says you can report either a missing £326 or £324 Cost of Living payment if you think you should have had it but can not see it in your bank, building society or credit union account.
You will need your National Insurance number to hand. Head to the DWP's Report a Missing Cost of Living Payment page to chase up a missing payment.
You can use the same service to report a missing £150 Disability Cost of Living Payment if you think you were due one of those too.
