K-pop sensation BTS is known for its outstanding stage presence that can attract fans around the world. Since their two-hour free concert "BTS <Yet To Come> In Busan" at Busan Asiad Main Stadium, South Korea, on Oct 15 last year was one of their most mesmerising performances, SF Cinema will screen the concert in 4K with the best quality sound system in 57 cinemas nationwide from Feb 1-4.
"BTS In Busan" was organised to support Busan's bid to host the World Expo 2030. The concert was also the last the seven members performed together before Jin, the main vocalist, had to enter military service. Thus, the demand for concert tickets was high, but only 50,000 concertgoers were chosen randomly to see the group in person and over 49 million people watched online.
BTS wowed the crowd with their first performance of Run, from their latest album Proof. Run is an intense dance song which features complicated and difficult choreography. Another special song was Ma City, which is rarely performed, but it was chosen to show Busan as the hometown of two members -- Jimin and Jungkook. Among a total of 19 songs, BTS performed many hits including Dynamite, Butter, Fire and Spring Day.
Cinema tickets start from 550 baht and are available now on the SF Cinema application, sfcinemacity.com and the cinema ticket office (only at branches which screen the concert). SF Members receive a 50 baht discount per ticket. Premium gifts will be available for all ticket holders. For the list of cinemas and other details, visit facebook.com/SFcinema and Twitter: @WeLoveSF.
