Housing, regeneration and commercial property projects in the West Midlands worth £15 billion have been showcased to global investors at annual conference MIPIM.
More than 20 separate schemes were presented today at the event in Cannes which brings together thousands of property professionals and investors from around the world.
These included the region's two HS2 stations - Curzon Street in Birmingham city centre and Interchange near the airport, the UK Central scheme which will neighbours the planned station in Solihull and the Perry Barr 2040 masterplan in north Birmingham.
Other work showcased to delegates includes phase three of the £700 million Paradise project in Birmingham city centre, a new area linking Coventry and Warwickshire and the West Midlands Gigafactory site at Coventry Airport which received consent in January.
West Midlands Mayor Andy Street led the presentations which it is hoped will pique the interest of the global property community and bring new investment to the region.
Mr Street said: "We are taking a bold approach to winning investment, anchored by our nationally acclaimed devolved housing and regeneration programme and our dedicated capital investment strategy - the first of its kind in the UK.
"We have a clear and compelling proposition to put to investors on the world stage, underscored by a genuine demand for affordable local housing alongside inclusive, sustainable places helping our communities to thrive.

"With the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games and HS2 on the horizon and the UK Government's Levelling Up agenda centre stage, we have a once-in-a-generation opportunity to make this a game-changing moment for the West Midlands.
"I know that our stellar public-private delegation will make the most of MIPIM and ensure investors grasp the true scale of the development opportunities available right across our region."
MIPIM was first held in 1990 and now brings together more than 20,000 property professionals from around the world, including over 4,000 investors, representing hundreds of billions of pounds in capita ready to be pumped into property and regeneration schemes.
