During his recent visit to North Carolina, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz took the opportunity to criticize North Carolina Lt. Gov. Mark Robinson for his reported controversial comments. Robinson allegedly made homophobic, racist, and antisemitic remarks on a pornographic website, prompting Walz to express his disapproval.

Walz also took aim at Republicans, linking them to former President Trump and accusing them of advocating for extreme abortion bans. He specifically called out Robinson for his stance on abortion, mocking his views on the issue.

Referring to Robinson as 'a real peach of a guy,' Walz expressed his disbelief at the idea of Robinson becoming the governor of North Carolina. He vehemently disagreed with the notion that once a woman is pregnant, her body is no longer her own, emphasizing that such beliefs are unacceptable.

Walz criticized the focus of some politicians on individuals' private lives, stating that it is inappropriate for them to be so fixated on what people do in their bedrooms.

On a different note, Walz commended Vice President Kamala Harris for her recent interview on a news channel, joking about their frequent appearances on the network. This light-hearted comment provided a moment of levity amidst the more serious discussions during his visit.
