LUCKNOW: Be it Awadhi cuisine, gatte ki sabji from Rajasthan, special Haryanvi tadka dal or delicacies from Bihar, research scholars at Lucknow University’s Golden Jubilee hostel are working on serving a ‘Mini India’ menu to the National Assessment Accreditation Council (NAAC) visiting the campus for re-assessment from July 11 to July 13.
The girl students volunteered to cook for the team with an idea to showcase unity in diversity on the campus and to promote the concept of ‘LU family’ in which students, teachers and non-teaching staff all come together on big events.
