Animal welfare experts are appealing for a home for a gentle giant.
Milo, is a four-year-old greyhound currently staying at Dogs Trust West Calder.
His carers say he is a playful boy who loves nothing more than making new friends through games.
A spokesperson for Dogs Trust said: “Whether enjoying hide and seek together or practicing his tricks, Milo is happiest when spending time with his favourite people.
“He enjoys keeping busy and happily entertains himself by chasing his teddies around the garden or searching for tasty treats in a snuffle mat. He loves his daily walks and is always excited to explore new places.
“At the end of a busy day of fun, he loves cuddling up beside you on the sofa.
“As he loves to play, Milo would like for his new home to have a large garden where he can zoom around to his heart’s content.
“Milo is a strong boy who has a natural desire to chase small furry creatures, so his new owner would need to feel confident walking him on lead.
“An affectionate dog, Milo would be a fun-loving companion for an active family.”
