Millions in rent relief for WA tenants 'doing it tough'

Stressed and in-debt tenants at risk of eviction in West Australia will be eligible for up to $5000 as the state government rolls out a multi-million dollar rent relief scheme.

Premier Roger Cook says the $24.4 million program that starts in December will help financially vulnerable tenants "doing it tough" stay in their private rental homes and "get back on their feet".
