Millie Mackintosh has been open with fans and has revealed she's had "injectables" since she turned 30.
The former Made In Chelsea personality has taken to social media to explain she sees a cosmetic surgeon every couple of months to keep her natural look.
Millie, 33, also shared how she has lip fillers as she believes her top lip is thinner than her bottom but wouldn't disclose exactly what procedures she often has.
The mum-of-two opened up during a question and answer with her 1.4million followers after she was asked how she maintains her radiant look.
Hugo Taylor's wife commented: "I haven't admitted this before but I do get a couple of tweakments.
"Just to be totally transparent, I'm not going to say what exactly they are, but yes since hitting my 30s I do get some injectables every couple of months."
Sharing a snap which highlighted her plump pout, the reality star went on to say: "I last saw @doctor.bibi for lip filler over a year ago.
"Her work is very natural and I really trust her, she only used a tiny amount to even out an imbalance as my top lip is thinner than the bottom."
Millie continued to advise her millions of fans, saying: "This is a really personal choice and I am not suggesting that anyone else needs to or should use fillers to feel good about themselves.
"If you do decide to do it then I think it's really important to do your research and not take the decision lightly, I get asked about it every time I do a q&a and wanted to be transparent."
But Millie also believes her glowing looks are down to one thing – cutting out alcohol from her life and going sober.
The star recently opened up and explained she also "cut out refined sugars, dairy and gluten," which has had a positive impact on her life.
On her Instagram, she said: "It's been 6 months since I decided to cut alcohol out of my life and it’s been one of the best decisions that I've made for myself and my mental health.
"Honestly it's life-changing and I know I keep going on about it, but it's because I want other people who are tempted to quit to experience how great it feels!"
But despite explaining she initially felt "awkward" in social situations, she now admits she feels "much stronger mentally" and has also come off her anxiety medication.
