Millie Mackintosh has revealed she's resorted to putting frozen veg on her breasts to ease the pain of mastitis.
The mum-of-two, 32, shared the news on Instagram as she opened up about the struggles of breastfeeding.
Millie, who is married to MIC co-star Hugo Taylor gave birth to the couple's daughter Aurelia ten weeks ago but hasn't had the easiest time feeding the tot.
Mastitis is a common condition in which the breasts become inflamed after breastfeeding and frozen peas are thought to help alleviate the pain.
Posting a pic of two packs of peas stuffed down her bra, Millie explained that she was now on antibiotics for the condition and had been to the physio, who helped break down the blockage.
She wrote: 'If you've seen any of my recent stories then you will know breastfeeding has been a little tricky for me recently.
"My milk supply suddenly slowed down, one boob stopped refilling between feeds and the other developed a blocked duct which got infected and turned into mastitis.
"Thank you for all the kind messages with your tips and advice."
Millie said she'd heard "just about everything" about how to break down the blockage, including: "using a vibrator or electric toothbrush and getting your other half to suck it out (safe to say, Hugo wasn't up for that!).
"A lot of you also said to have a hot shower or bath and to massage the area, to put savoy cabbage leaves from the fridge inside my bra, (I find frozen peas really help) epsom salts with hot water in a haakaa pump and even dangle feeding the baby on all fours!," she revealed.
The reality regular explained that the antibiotics were making her feel "a bit feverish", but that she was trying her followers' suggestions, including feeding regularly, even though it was 'making her cry in pain'.
Millie admitted she felt like there was a lot of pressure on mums to keep breastfeeding, but said that she will ultimately do what's best for her and Aurelia.
She explained: "'m not sure how much longer I will continue breastfeeding, I have started combi feeding by introducing formula once or twice a day.
"I wouldn't make any decisions on a bad day. A happy Mum means a happy baby and however she is fed it will be with love!'"
Millie and Hugo welcomed Aurelia in November, giving their one-year-old daughter Sienna a little sister.
