Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi 'planning second star-studded wedding'

Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi are reportedly planning a second wedding ceremony, with Michelle Keegan and Mark Wright among the invited guests.

The couple, who tied the knot in a low-key affair in May, are now set for a star-studded celebration in September.

Jake’s father, rock legend Jon Bon Jovi, previously confirmed the initial ceremony was a "small family wedding."

The Stranger Things star, 20, and the 22-year-old model are now planning to go "all out" for a "huge" event.

A source told The Sun: “Millie and Jake wanted a very quiet wedding the first time around, something meaningful and romantic with just their family.

“But they are going all out for their second. It is going to be huge.”

Expected attendees include her Stranger Things co-stars and her close pals Michelle Keegan and Mark Wright, with whom she has been friends since 2017.

“People have already started booking their flights for the big day in America,” the source added. “Millie and Jake have a long list of celebrity pals who will be flying out to join them in September.

“It will be a full celebration, with Millie walking down the aisle and saying her vows to Jake all over again.”

Last year, the actress shared the story behind her surprising friendship with the Wright family, revealing that it all began because she is a "huge fan" of The Only Way Is Essex.

Speaking to The Sunday Times, she explained: “I'm a huge fan of TOWIE and I was doing press in LA, saw him [Mark] and introduced myself.

“He told me he was a fan of my work too and our families bonded. Now we're friends and go on family vacations together all the time.”

Millie first met the ITV2 star on US TV show EXTRA in October 2017. Mark later introduced her to his sisters, Natalya and Jess, and his wife, Michelle, and have even enjoyed holidays together.

The Standard has contacted Millie Bobby Brown’s rep for comment.

In May, Jon Bon Jovi shared his joy about his son's marriage to Millie.

During an appearance on The One Show, he said: “They're great. They're absolutely fantastic.

“It was a very small family wedding, and the bride looked gorgeous, and Jake is happy as can be. It's true.”
