Miller Homes will be building 109 new houses in Fife this year, with its Leven Mill development in Glenrothes launching tomorrow.
The selection of two, three and four-bedroom homes come in detached, semi-detached and terraced designs.
In terms of nearby amenities, there are paths giving access to the River Leven and Balbirnie Park, while the Kingdom Shopping Centre is located just two miles from the development and both Fountain Spa Leisure Club and Balbirnie Fitness Centre are a five-minute drive away.
Leven Mill marks the company's second new development launch in Fife this year, following Victoria Wynd in Kirkcaldy in June.
