A family say their day was ruined after Miller & Carter refused to serve them because of what they were wearing. Taking to TripAdvisor, a woman called Danielle said she was appalled by the 'discrimination'.
She left a scathing review vowing to boycott the branch in Studley, Warwickshire. But the chain's bosses defended the decision, responding to her online review by highlighting the restaurant's dress code, which bans sports clothes.
Danielle wrote: "I am absolutely appalled to say the least. Me and my partner and daughter came for a family meal and we were refused at the door due to my partner wearing a smart grey tracksuit."
