Made In Chelsea's Millie Mackintosh has announced she's "thrilled" after her secret boob job.
The reality star has opened up about her decision to secretly go under the knife after years of having her appearance scrutinised by social media trolls.
Millie, 33, explained that a snap taken on her recent holiday instantly sparked conversations suggesting she'd had breast enhancement surgery which she says "wasn't a shock".
The mum-of-two insists that she had no plans to keep her surgical enhancements a secret as she was proud of her body after discussing her decision with those closest to her.
But after being trolled, she has addressed her choice and is proud as punch.
Writing an op-ed piece for Grazia, the star penned: "I am really thrilled with the results, so to hide my happiness around a positive and extremely well-informed choice, which has helped me to reconnect to 'Millie before she breastfed 2 kids' would be a complete contradiction and also harmful to my emotional wellbeing.
"Most comments and messages I have received were positive but a few were cruel and unfortunately it is human nature that those are always the ones that stick in our minds."
But she went on to explain that despite being a "seasoned pro" at receiving negative comments, the trolling still has an effect on the person.
"Like a lot of teenage girls, I was very conscious about my lack of growth and constantly comparing myself to friends, older girls at school and of course all the pop stars to Hollywood Actresses that I idolised," she commented.
Millie's revelation comes just weeks after she revealed she had turned to cosmetic enhancements since celebrating her 30th birthday.
The star explained that she's had "injectables" since her milestone birthday and sees a surgeon every few months to keep her looks as natural as possible.
During a question and answer session on Instagram, she was asked how she keeps her look so radiant.
Hugo Taylor's wife commented: "I haven't admitted this before but I do get a couple of tweakments.
"Just to be totally transparent, I'm not going to say what exactly they are, but yes since hitting my 30s I do get some injectables every couple of months."
Sharing a snap which highlighted her plump pout, the reality star went on to say: "I last saw @doctor.bibi for lip filler over a year ago.
"Her work is very natural and I really trust her, she only used a tiny amount to even out an imbalance as my top lip is thinner than the bottom."
Millie continued to advise her millions of fans, saying: "This is a really personal choice and I am not suggesting that anyone else needs to or should use fillers to feel good about themselves.
"If you do decide to do it then I think it's really important to do your research and not take the decision lightly, I get asked about it every time I do a q&a and wanted to be transparent."
