In a recent episode of the podcast Call Her Daddy, Tish Cyrus, mother of renowned singer Miley Cyrus, opened up about her reaction to a leaked video that went viral back in 2010. The video depicted Miley smoking from a bong and caused a media frenzy at the time. Tish, along with her oldest daughter Brandi, delved into their relationship dynamics, the challenges of their family's fame, and the public response to the video.

During the podcast, Tish, who openly smokes weed throughout the episode, shared that she had been strict with her children when it came to drugs while they were growing up. However, she revealed that she started using weed herself during Miley's Bangerz era. Tish explained that this decision stemmed from a traumatic experience when their tour bus caught fire, making it difficult for her to sleep. After trying Ambien, which had negative side effects, Miley suggested that her mom try smoking weed to aid her insomnia.
