Miley Cyrus has said she believes that rolling around on the Hollywood Walk of Fame for a new music film led to a “brutal infection” on her knee.
The US singer, 32, who found fame playing Hannah Montana on the eponymous children’s show, was filmed lying across part of the historic Los Angeles landmark for her new film, Something Beautiful.
