Arsenal fans were full of praise for Gunners playmaker Fabio Vieira as he ran the show against Bodo/Glimt in the Europa League group stage clash at the Emirates Stadium. The 22-year-old has shown glimpses so far this season when he's been called upon, though his performance against the Norwegian side will likely keep him in the manager's thoughts for the upcoming set of fixtures.
The Portuguese midfielder joined from Porto in the summer for roughly £30million, adding depth and versatility to the squad, being able to play anywhere behind the striker. Vieira has made four appearances so far, with his second half strike against Brentford being the standout before the clash on Thursday.
It led to Mikel Arteta hinting at more appearances to come, saying back in September: "He had no pre-season and everything has been delayed, but hopefully you’re going to see a lot more of him in the next few weeks, and I’m sure that you’ll enjoy it."
