Mikel Arteta makes new Arsenal title statement amid Man City challenge: 'We have to suffer'

Mikel Arteta has said Arsenal are up for the challenge of competing with Manchester City for the Premier League title.

After Man City had beaten Nottingham Forest 2-1 to temporarily take over at the top of the table earlier on Saturday, Arsenal responded by beating Brighton by the same scoreline thanks to Martin Odegaard's strike and an own goal from Georginio Rutter.
