Mikel Arteta admits the injury picked up by Leandro Trossard is a "worry" after the player admitted he couldn't continue.
The Belgian was forced off within the opening half hour as the Gunners' injury problems mount. The former Brighton man, who moved to the Emirates from Brighton in January, has begun to occupy a false nine role as Arteta looks for ways to make do without the injured Gabriel Jesus.
Trossard has performed impressively in his new role and his injury will leave his boss looking for fresh solutions in the final third. Arsenal will need to assess the 28-year-old with the games still coming thick and fast as they battle domestically as well as in Europe.
