Here we go again. As if it already wasn’t proven not to be the best idea to criticise Arsenal’s celebrations when Ruben Neves had the cheek to speak out about Mikel Arteta’s players’ actions at full-time after the 1-0 Molineux win.
Now, in close proximity to the second Arsenal win over Wolves, the Gunners face more criticism after their 1-0 win at Aston Villa preceded more jubilant scenes at full time. The win gave Arsenal a four-point cushion in the race for the top four places, prior to Spurs reducing it two just three with one additional game played.
Without first choice keeper Bernd Leno, the players ran to applaud the deputy keeper’s display after keeping a clean sheet. The players then celebrated with the excellent travelling support who had drowned out the Villa crowd for much of the contest.
