Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has delivered an update on his side's transfer plans for the remainder of the summer window.
The north Londoners have been extremely busy in recent weeks, spending over £110 million on five first-team players in the form of Gabriel Jesus, Oleksandr Zinchenko, Matt Turner, Fabio Vieira and Marquinhos. Since then, technical director Edu has been working hard to offload the club's fringe players, with Bernd Leno joining newly-promoted Fulham on Tuesday evening whilst the likes of Lucas Torreira, Pablo Mari and Hector Bellerin are also expected to leave, football.london understands.
Ahead of Friday's Premier League opener against Crystal Palace, Arteta has spoken about the Gunners' transfer plans, with the window set to shut on September 1. Speaking during Thursday's pre-match press conference, the Spaniard said: "We are really active as you can see with ins and outs.
