Mikel Arteta is growing frustrated with the Arsenal hierarchy as he fears their approach could cost them in the transfer market.
The Gunners are looking to recruit without the lure of Champions League football having lost out to Tottenham in the race for fourth place late in the season. Arteta has seen Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette depart in the last six months, leaving him short in attack.
New forwards are therefore a priority this summer and Gabriel Jesus has been highlighted as their top target. However, the club insist all major additions must be green-lighted by their American owners, which Arteta fears could cost them in the market, reports the Daily Mail.
