Tennessee Titans head coach Mike Vrabel knows how to get the most out of his roster, and he sure put them through the ringer during a recent offseason workout.
Rather than just have his players do a normal weights workout, Vrabel had the Titans hit the sleds and push them as far as they could on a level surface. The sleds were stacked with weights to make them all the harder to push.
The Titans players seem to be having a ball with the intimidating workout, even if it looks, well, hilariously miserable. It’ll sure make your muscles stronger to do a workout like this.

The Titans players were pushing the sled as far as they could before occasionally falling on the turf at the team’s indoor practice facility.
It’s an exercise likely done to teach maximum effort that Vrabel’s staff hopes translates to Sundays. It’s also going to get these guys even stronger than they already were.
While we can’t necessarily say we’ll be joining them on the sleds, it is fun to watch the Titans go through this tough workout.
