Oh man. Mike Gesicki, say it ain’t so.
Just last month, the Miami Dolphins tight end scored a touchdown and decided it was a good time to hit The Griddy — the dance everyone’s doing since Minnesota Vikings wideout Justin Jefferson popularized it last year.
He got ridiculed for it.
Fast-forward to Sunday. He scored twice against the Minnesota Vikings, and one of those times, he went right back to it. And once again, everyone — including Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase — slammed him.
And sadly, he tweeted it’s over for him and The Griddy. WHY? KEEP DOING IT!
Ugh. Let’s look back at Gesicki’s Griddy history:
Here's what he did against the Ravens
I give it a 5/10. Could be better.
