Newcastle United's former owner Mike Ashley has saved online retailer Studio from administrators.
The retailer, which has 2.5 million customers, has been bought by Ashley's Frasers Group for a reported £100m.
Mike Ashley’s company formerly held a 28.9% stake in Studio Retail Group PLC, which has gone into administration, but it has now acquired control of the subsidiary company, Studio Retail Limited.

The deal will see Frasers Group take on responsibility for the money owed to banks, the pension scheme and other liabilities, including paying suppliers.
It is thought more than £10m is owed to HMRC and at least £50m to suppliers.
The upfront investment required to keep the company running is believed to amount to more than £100m, according to thisismoney.
The company is one of the UK's largest online retailers, making £578.6m worth of sales during the last financial year.
But as well as rising costs, supply chain problems have meant the company has been stuck with a large amount of seasonal stock, which it cannot sell until next year..
Studio Retail began life as a catalogue retailer selling gifts, but it expanded online and now sells a wide range of clothing, homeware, electricals and toys, and allows customers to pay for their purchases monthly to spread the cost.
It stopped taking orders last Monday after failing to secure an emergency £25m loan to keep trading.
The deal means around 1,500 jobs have been saved in Studio's headquarters, call centre and warehouses in Accrington, Lancashire, and the company has started trading again.
The online store's website has been updated to let customers know the shop is open again, and apologises for 'recent challenges'.
"Firstly, we're sorry you haven't been able to shop with us as normal," a notice on the website says.
"As you may have heard, we have experienced some recent challenges. Thankfully we have found a solution and we're thrilled to tell you that our website is back open, so you can continue to browse and buy from our great value ranges.
"We realise that you may feel a bit uncertain about shopping with us so we wanted to reassure you that everything is back up and running, so you can shop with complete confidence."
But customers will want to know what will happen to orders or refunds processed before the company stopped taking orders.
Studio allowed shoppers to open credit accounts, so there are also questions over what to do if you still owe money.
What are my rights if I'm waiting for an order?
According to Studio's website, orders are being processed and dispatched.
However customers have complained that their orders are marked as "awaiting dispatch" but haven't been sent after several weeks.
The company said Studio Pay customers will be credited if they can't send their orders.
However, it has not said whether it will repay customers who paid in full at checkout.
If you don't get your items, you might be able to get a refund - find out how here.
According to Studio's website this morning, the company is open for business and taking new orders online, via the app or by phone.
What are my rights if I'm waiting for a refund?
Many customers are already waiting for a refund after returning goods.
The company says it is still processing returns but customers report they're waiting for their money back months after returning items.
Studio said its customer service teams are still available via email and phone on 0371 200 0378.
However, the line is likely to be very busy so you could be waiting a while for a response.
A note on the website says: "All refunds will be processed as usual. If for whatever reason you have problems with your refund due to the recent disruption, please get in touch with us."
What are my rights if I have a Studio Retail credit account?
If you owe money on a Studio Retail credit account, the company says it's really important that you continue to keep your account up to date to avoid any missed payment charges.
However, some customers have reported struggling to get onto their accounts to make the payments.
