AFC Wimbledon have offered a fresh contract to midfielder Anthony Hartigan.
Bolton Wanderers were linked with a move in January for the Dons midfielder, who is out of contract this summer at Plough Lane. The London club have been relegated and will be in League Two next season.
Wanderers ultimately did not go for Hartigan's services in the previous transfer window. Reinforcements in central midfield were instead obtained from Rochdale in the form of Aaron Morley and Kyle Dempsey from Gillingham.

Speaking before the January transfer window, Ian Evatt said: "In terms of Anthony, he’s not on our radar at the moment. We’ve got lots of options, lots of targets and we’re working our way through.
"Some are achievable, some aren’t – we’re just doing the best we can. We have some strong players on the list, some good options, and we’ll do our best to make sure we get them in."
The Wanderers boss has praised Hartigan, however, and said before the club's home clash in February as a 'really talented' player. Evatt included Ayoub Assal and Jack Rudoni, the latter of whom is being released, as in that bracket too.
AFC Wimbledon, who have recently appointed Johnnie Jackson as the club's new boss, have now released their retained list. Hartigan is among several players the Plough Lane side have offered fresh terms to and are having discussions with.
Reports from earlier this month suggested Blackpool and Preston North End are tracking AFC Wimbledon midfielder. New Championship side Rotherham United were also mentioned as having an interest in the 22-year-old.
Hartigan has made 152 first team appearances for the Wombles and turned out 42 times this campaign, and started the 3-3 draw at Plough Lane in August in Bolton's second game of the 2021/22 League One campaign.
Should Hartigan leave Plough Lane this summer, Wimbledon are entitled to a fee despite the player potentially becoming a free agent in June due to his under 24 status. This fee could well be set by a tribunal should the club he signs for not agree a fee upfront with the Dons.
Wanderers have made one acquisition so far in the summer transfer window. Jack Iredale has joined on a three-year deal on a free transfer from fellow League One side Cambridge United.
