Mid-Day Market Update: Crude Oil Down 4%; US Producer Prices Rise 1% In January

US stocks remained higher midway through trading on Tuesday after Russia announced it would pull back some troops positioned on the Ukrainian border.

The Dow traded up 1.18% to 34,973.38 while the NASDAQ rose 1.99% to 14,065.87. The S&P also rose, gaining, 1.38% to 4,462.59.
