Sergio Garcia is a Masters champion and has had a very successful and lengthy career on the PGA Tour. He’s made a lot of money and been a part of many incredible moments on golf courses all over the world.
But he’s human and we humans sometimes feel pain while playing the great and frustrating game of golf. Garcia felt some pain Monday morning when he stepped up to the legendary 17th hole at TPC Sawgrass and could only watch as his ball spun off the green and into the water.
Mics were able to pick up what he said right after the ball sunk to the bottom of the pond and it was pretty sad:
"Story of my life."

Amazing.
I’m not sure if he’s referencing how he’s been in contention a lot in his career only to suffer some heartbreaking defeats but I do know that I love his honesty.
