Mics Caught Joe Burrow and Josh Allen Having a Sweet Chat After Bengals Beat Bills

Two of the best young quarterbacks in the NFL showed off quite their bromance in a postgame moment caught by the NFL Films cameras in Week 9.

Last Sunday night’s matchup between the Bills and Bengals pitted Josh Allen against Joe Burrow, two perennial MVP candidates who are among the most exciting QBs to watch. But what fans might not have known is the clear friendship the two have, which was on display in the postgame handshake between the two quarterbacks.

Allen opened with “Love you, buddy,” and the two were off from there, complimenting each other’s play during the brief exchange before each headed back to their respective locker rooms.

The two QBs entered the league at a similar time, with Allen being drafted by the Bills in 2018 and Burrow by the Bengals in 2020. They’ve each helped elevate moribund franchises into the elite category in the AFC, and are both looking for that first Super Bowl ring. Clearly those connections have created a bond, and fans loved seeing it in action.
