Leinster Rugby will soon begin the search for a new CEO after the province revealed that Mick Dawson is stepping down from the role at the end of the season.
Dawson, who was appointed in November 2001, has played a massive role in the growth of the province, presiding over a period of huge success with the Blues winning four Champions Cups, one European Rugby Challenge Cup and eight URC titles.
The IRFU will start a detailed search for a replacement CEO for the Leinster Rugby Branch in the coming weeks and they have appointed the international recruitment consultancy, Korn Ferry, to assist them.
