It’s always great to see brothers reunite, and that’s exactly what Michigan State football tight end and fullback Connor Heyward will be doing after he was drafted in the sixth round of the 2022 NFL draft by the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Connor’s brother and all-pro defensive tackle Cam Heyward currently plays for the Steelers.
Heyward started his career as a running back, nearly transferred from MSU, but then found the perfect role as an H-back, tight end and fullback hybrid and that’s what he will be doing in the NFL as one of the more versatile Spartans to head to the NFL in a while.
