Last week, Michigan State football received some votes in the Coaches poll, but not the AP poll. A new US LBM Coaches Poll just dropped, and thanks to a 3-0 record and a blowout win against Prairie View A&M, the Spartans are still getting respect from the coaches in their poll.
MSU received six votes in total this week, four more than last week, as they creep closer to the top-25.
Coincidentally, their opponent for next week, Boston College, also received six votes despite a loss to No. 8 Missouri. It will be interesting to see if the Spartans get some votes in the AP poll this week.
