Michigan State football is one of just three schools still in the running for a three-star offensive tackle prospect from Tennessee.
Joe Crocker of Nashville, Tenn. revealed his top three schools list on Monday, and the Spartans were included. The other two finalist schools are Wisconsin and Mississippi State.
Crocker is ranked as the No. 38 offensive tackle and No. 468 overall prospect in 247Sports’ composite rankings. He holds offers from 30 different programs ranging across four of the five power five conferences and a host of group five schools.
Crocker is currently projected to end up in Madison, Wisc. as a Badger, according to 247Sports. He did, however, take an official visit to Michigan State this past weekend and that could be enough to sway him to the green-and-white. Either way, we should know soon enough.
