Michigan State football kicker Jonathan Kim transferred to the Spartans from North Carolina to show that he could be an elite placekicker. He did that this year, and then some, earning multiple honors after the season for his strong play.
Kim had already been voted second team All-Big Ten by the media and coaches, and now, he earned another second team placement by the Associated Press.
Kim only missed two field goals and two extra points on the year, a feat made even more impressive when you remember that the Spartans lost their starting long snapper during the season.
