Michigan State has yet to land a quarterback in its 2024 recruiting class, but that hasn’t stopped the recruiting board from evolving. MSU offensive coordinator Jay Johnson has hit a home run in back to back years landing Katin Houser and Sam Leavitt in 2022 and 2023.
With the anticipation of top target Jake Merklinger committing to Tennessee later this week, the Spartans are set to shift their focus to other QB prospects.
One of those QB prospects is Ethan Grunkemeyer, a 3-star prospect from Lewis Center, Ohio. He plans to visit Michigan State this weekend:
2024 three-star QB Ethan Grunkemeyer will visit #MichiganState on March 30th, he tells @JustinThind.@e_grunkemeyer is great at improvising & making tough throws on the run. He has 15 offers so far.
