Dillon Tatum is a main figure with the Michigan State program. The former West Bloomfield 4-star product was a major recruiting win for the Spartans in 2022 and Tatum has been a key contributor on defense during his time in East Lansing.
Tatum, while in his freshman year bounced around, was a mainstay at cornerback in his sophomore year. Now, it appears that Tatum will be moving to a more natural position in the defensive backfield as a safety/nickel combo.
Versatile DB Dillon Tatum said his position is "safetyish," with FS/SS/nickelback being the three he's focused on.
