Michelle Keegan has shared her morning routine secret which she says “sets her up for the day”.
The 35-year-old actress is currently in Australia while she films upcoming BBC drama Ten Pound Poms.
But, she took time out from her busy schedule to tell fans what she does to kickstart her day and keep healthy.
Taking to Instagram, the Brassic star shared a video of herself making a coffee – but revealed she adds a collagen powder supplement from Vital Proteins to her morning brew.
Explaining how it works, Michelle said: “My morning routine...1scp of @vitalproteins.uk to my coffee or smoothie *it’s dissolvable and completely tasteless.”

Detailing why she uses it, the TV star continued: “The benefits... •keeps my skin looking fresh, firm and youthful and is designed to support healthy bones and joints.”
The camera then panned out to reveal Michelle had just got out the shower and was only wearing a white towel wrapped around her body and another covering her hair.
Posing for another snap with her nutritious coffee, the Manchester-born actress appeared to go makeup free as she beamed into the camera.
She captioned the post: “So simple and it sets me up for the day” followed by a green tick emoji.
According to Vital Proteins, the collagen powder is ”designed to help promote a youthful appearance”.
The brand says it uses “small, soluble pieces of protein derived from bovine collagen or marine collagen to help support the body’s natural production of collagen”.
It adds: “For a youthful appearance add a daily serving of Vital Proteins’ collagen to your routine.” Prices start at £15.99 for 10 sachets.
And collagen powder isn’t the only thing Michelle swears by when it comes to her daily health routine.
The former Coronation Street star religiously drinks a pint of water as soon as she wakes up.
This is before she even makes a coffee, which she occasionally uses almond or coconut milk in as a dairy-free alternative to cow’s milk.
When it comes to food, Michelle – who now sports a six-pack after getting ripped in lockdown – said she no longer feels guilty if she has a treat now and again.
"I haven't worked out for two weeks, but I'm not punishing myself over that," she told the Women's Health podcast, Going For Goal.
"[Previously] it was always the guilt for me, a lot of the time, and why I would be in the gym for two hours because I was like 'oh I've really been bad this week, so I need to go to the gym, I need to work it off.'
On a day-to-day basis Michelle keeps her diet pretty healthy and will tuck into porridge or avocado on toast with scrambled egg whites to start her day.
Lunch is usually protein based, whether it's chicken or fish with veg. Then for dinner, she says she likes to make seabass or salmon with soya sauce and a bit of honey on which she serves with asparagus and broccoli.
