Michelle Keegan is one of a number of stars to have offered their support to Kate Ferdinand after the former TOWIE star confirmed the heartbreaking news she'd suffered a miscarriage.
Kate, 31, shared the sad news on Instagram on Wednesday evening after previously keeping the pregnancy private from the public.
And she was quickly comforted by her celeb pals on social media as the outpour of support flowed in.
Michelle Keegan took to Instagram to write: "So sorry Kate. Sending you so much love."
Former Love Island star Molly-Mae Hague also sent support, saying: "I'm so beyond sorry Kate, sending you all the in the world."
And Safiyya Vorajee, whose daughter Azaylia sadly passed away last year, commented: "Sorry for your loss. Sending all my love at this difficult time."
Also on hand to offer words of support were several of Kate's former TOWIE co-stars.
Samantha Faiers wrote: "This is heartbreaking, sending you lots of love and strength," while Chloe Lewis said: "Sending my love to you."
And Natalya Wright shared a number of broken hearted emojis alongside the words: "Sending love to you all x"
Other reality TV stars also commented on her sad post, including former Geordie Shore star Vicky Pattison, who told Kate she was "so so sorry" at the news.
TV personality Kate had posted a black and white photo of her legs resting on a hospital bed as she announced she had suffered a "devastating" miscarriage and had to have surgery following her 12-week scan.
She had wrote: "The last time I was in this hospital I was having Cree, but this time it was because our baby had no heartbeat in our 12 week scan and I had to have surgery.
"We were so excited & planning a space for our new baby in our family, we just couldn’t wait to share our news with you all, but unfortunately sometimes life just doesn’t go as we plan.
"So much to say, but somehow I can’t find the words. Absolutely devastated & heartbroken …but couldn’t be more grateful for the hugs I got from my big(er) babies coming through the door when we arrived home."
Kate and husband Rio Ferdinand share 20-month-old Cree, while the former footballer also has three children - Lorenz, Tia and Tate - from his previous marriage.
