FIVE years after outbidding celebrity chef Luke Mangan at auction, Newcastle-born fitness instructor star Michelle Bridges has listed her sprawling Southern Highlands estate.

The Biggest Loser star is expected to fetch around $7 million for the five-bedroom, three-bathroom property when it goes to auction on March 14, earning her a profit of $4.3 million.
Built in 1985 and located in Kangaloon, a 15-minute drive from Bowral, the spectacular property named Summerside includes the main residence, a guest house above the garage, a pool and a tennis court with landscaped gardens and established trees across the acreage.
After purchasing the home as "a way to reconnect with nature", Bridges is reportedly selling up due to work commitments in Sydney.

It is the second property Bridges has offloaded in recent years following the $4.6 million sale of her Potts Point apartment in 2020 after she split from partner and fellow The Biggest Loser star Steve "Commando" Willis.

Bridges has come a long way from her early years in Newcastle.
Born in Waratah and raised by her single mother, Bridges attended New Lambton Public School and Lambton High before she relocated to Sydney and embarked on a career in the fitness industry.
She worked as a trainer and eventually appeared on morning television shows before landing her big break as a coach on The Biggest Loser.

Bridges has since gone on to develop a lucrative fitness empire with her 12-week online health program and the MB Active line of gym wear and workout equipment sold at Big W.
She has also released a series of books.
In 2015, Bridges earned a spot in BRW magazine's Rich Women's list with a net worth of $53 million.
