Michael Owen has broken his silence after his daughter Gemma was seen doing lap dance performances in the Love Island Villa. The former professional footballer tuned into the programme on the 'wrong night' as he saw his 19 year old dance to get the boys' hearts racing.
Gemma's dad has admitted that he had been wary about his daughter signing up to the hit ITV2 show but last night (June 28) was certainly not the best time for him to tune in. The Islanders were tasked with doing a lap dance for their partners in order to get their heart rates to rise.
The Mirror reports that Gemma was one of the first girls to have a go at the dance. She performed for all of the boys but was mainly focusing on Luca Bish who she has been coupled up with for most of her time in the villa.
