Micheal Martin has amassed almost 36,000 views on his first TikTok video after joining the social media platform.
The Department of An Taoiseach created an account this week and have since uploaded three videos, including a nostalgic video of his time in office set to the tune of Harry Styles ‘As It Was’. He has also uploaded more official videos such as an update on planned Leaving Cert reforms.
However, many younger took the opportunity in the comments to ask instead about the issuing of the Junior Cert results. They have not yet been granted by the State Examinations Commission despite their usual release in mid- September.
