Celebrity martial arts expert and former Michael Jackson bodyguard Matt Fiddes surprised his wife for their wedding anniversary by splashing £220,000 on a new Ferrari sports car for her. The multi-millionaire opted for a red Ferrari Portofino when he surprised his wife Moniqe at Ferrari Exeter with the luxury Italian motor.
Matt, who runs the worlds largest martial arts chain, is best known for keeping the king of pop Michael Jackson safe and is now estimated to be worth a giant £120 million. Sharing the experience in a Facebook post, he claimed he tricked his wife Moniqe, telling her she was just going for a test drive.
He praised his wife Moniqe for her help in growing his businesses and said he was 'grateful' for her. The post read: "A well-deserved present for everything you do for us and why not treat the ones that love and support you through thick and thin? A lot goes on behind the scenes being an entrepreneur and a father of six amazing children. There is a lot of thick and thin.
"I loved seeing the happy look on her face when I surprised her at Ferrari Exeter showrooms. She thought it was just a test drive. Little did she know it was already owned by her. Priceless. Happy Anniversary best wifey ever. Love you."
The luxury car fan had previously tried to buy a car from Ferrari Swindon but claims he was ignored in the showroom as he was wearing a tracksuit.
He's previously splashed out an enormous £300,000 on a Lamborghini Aventador supercar recently.
