Plans worth £180m for a logistics hub which could create 4,100 jobs have been 'called in' by Secretary of State for Levelling Up Michael Gove.
Developer Langtree’s application for Six56 Warrington had been approved by the borough council in March but will now be subject to a planning inquiry.
If given the final go-ahead, the scheme will provide approximately 3.1 million sq ft of new warehousing and distribution space.
