Michael Flatley gave fans an update on his health at a recent red carpet event in Dublin.
The dancer first revealed last month that he had been diagnosed with an undisclosed form of cancer. The Irish-American was in Dublin this week for Lord of the Dance, a production to mark the 25th anniversary of Riverdance.
Michael spoke outside the Bord Gais Energy Theatre on the performance's opening night. He shared that he was feeling good and would continue to bravely battle his illness.

He told the Irish Mirror: "I’m feeling good, I’m feeling strong. They didn't give me much of a chance in 1996 but I'm still standing, I’m a fighter- I’m not giving up here and I will beat this.”
The star previously fought off cancer in the early 2000s. Michael was successfully treated for melanoma, after an eagle eyed fan noticed a mark on his face during an MTV appearance.
The 64-year-old also teased details about the Riverdance production. Although Michael ruled out performing onstage, he has worked tirelessly behind the scenes on the project.
He told the Irish Mirror that the original 1996 cast took to the stage for a bow and reflected on Riverdance's enduring power amongst audiences.
Michael said: "We’ve got the greatest team of dancers from the entire world and we’re so proud of them all. And not one of the dancers that are performing were even born when we did that opening night at the Point in 1996."
The Bord Gais run concluded on Saturday night. An extra date was added on February 22 due to high demand for tickets.
