Michael Conlan was taken to hospital in an ambulance following his world title fight with Leigh Wood.
Conlan was seen to by paramedics after suffering a brutal knockout in the final round of his featherweight bout with Wood.
The Belfast man dominated most of the fight and had the champion down in the opening round after landing a thunderous left.
But Wood, defending his WBA featherweight belt in his home city of Nottingham, came back into the fight and knocked Conlan out midway through the final round.
The two-time Olympian went through the ropes and landed on the floor outside the ring.
He was seen to by paramedics for a number of minutes before being taken from ringside. He was then taken to hospital in an ambulance.
Conlan gave an update from his hospital bed in the early hours of Sunday morning, saying he was "all good".
He said on his Instagram story: “I’m all good, I’m just getting checked up in the hospital. The CT scan is all clear.
“Congrats to Leigh Wood, congrats to his team, that was the best shot of the night he got me with at the end. But it is what it is, I’ll be back.”
He added on Twitter: “Definitely want a rematch lol.”
Meanwhile, the three Irish fighters in action on the undercard all won their respective bouts.
Thomas Carty defeated Michal Boloz in the second bout of the night, stopping the Pole in the fifth round of their heavyweight contest.
Boloz was seen by a doctor twice during the fifth round after taking a beating off the Dubliner and the referee had no choice but to stopthe bout.
Gary Cully then cruised to an impressive win against veteran Miquel Vazquez.
The Kildare man was in complete control throughout the lightweight bout, knocking the Mexican down for the first time in the third round with a powerful body shot.
Vazquez did manage to get back on his feet on that occasion, but he went down again in the fifth after Cully landed a lovely combination and could not resume.
The victory took Cully's record to 14-0 and he was delighted that his hard work paid off.
He said after the fight: "I loved it in there, every second of it. I've been training for the last 15 weeks for this, working hard twice a day everyday in the gym and it all showed there tonight so I'm very happy."
And in the penultimate fight of the fight, Caoimhin Agyarko outclassed tough Mexican Juan Carlos Rubio in a middleweight contest.
It took the Belfast man a bit of time to get to grips with Rubio's southpaw stance, but he inflicted plenty of damage on him as the bout went on.
In the end, all three judges scored the bout in his favour: 100-90, 100-90 and 98-92.
