On October 25, Michael Cohen had a conversation with David Pecker and Dylan Howard. During the discussion, Cohen asked Pecker if he would be willing to make a payment, stating, 'I figured why not ask.' This exchange took place in the presence of Donald Trump, who leaned in to speak with his attorney Todd Blanche and briefly glanced in Cohen's direction.

Cohen requested Pecker to make a payment, Pecker responded with 'Not a chance.'
