Michael Bridges has revealed he once had a 'brawl' with fellow Leeds United team-mate Lee Bowyer over Spaghetti Bolognese. The ex-Leeds striker was talking to The GegenPod Football Podcast, by Optus Sport, after discussing Thomas Tuchel and Antonio Conte's antics last weekend.
The two coaches came together after the game between Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur at Stamford Bridge last weekend, with a brawl breaking out on the pitch. When asked whether Bridges had been involved in anything like it, he said: "I had a quick one in Derby in a hotel with Lee Bowyer over Spaghetti Bolognese. Me and him were fighting over a bit of pasta can you believe?
"Lee Bowyer had a short fuse and his nickname was the firework. Thankfully it was enclosed, it was only for the players getting their buffet.

"The brawl happened because the lads were all trying to separate us, but me and Lee were laughing at each other when we had Spaghetti Bolognese all over our tracksuits. We just said 'what the hell was all that about?'
"That's the only one I've ever been involved in."
